Terms & Conditions
Our Lease Terms
✔ One-year lease agreement
✔ Three-month security deposit required
✔ Three-month option to leave during the lease
✔ Rental prices are based on the individual kitchen unit
✔ Rental costs are agreed through negotiation
✔ Each tenant must have their own ESB or gas meter
✔ Each tenant must register and pay their own County Council rates
✔ Each tenant is responsible for arranging their own refuse collection
✔ Tenants must operate in line with all food safety and hygiene regulations
✔ Kitchens must be kept clean and maintained throughout the tenancy
✔ Businesses are responsible for maintaining their own insurance and licences where required
